Which is the right class for you?

Once you are a member of Pradhipa Yoga, you are free to attend any of the classes on the timetable, to fit around your schedule. Here is a brief description of each class:

Gentle Yoga

A slow-paced Hatha Yoga class suitable for beginners and for those wanting a little more instruction or a gentler approach after a long day.

We recommend this as a great starting point, particularly if you have any mobility or medical issues.

Sivananda Yoga

Sivananda Yoga is a set routine of Traditional Indian Hatha Yoga which includes chanting, pranayama (breathing exercises), Sun Salutations, 12 Basic postures and a deep relaxation at the end.

Suitable for beginners who don’t mind something a little more challenging. Full instruction and options are given for all levels.

Yin Yoga (online only)

A slower paced class where poses are held in a supported way using bolsters and blocks for up to 5 minutes each. Specifically targets the connective tissue in the body.

Suitable for all levels, including beginners.

Yoga Nidra

“Yogic Sleep” or sleep with awareness.

You will be guided through a relaxation and visualisation in this deeply healing practice.

Suitable for all levels, including beginners.

Weekend Wind Down (online only)

A gentle class designed to unwind you from your week and set you up for your weekend.

Suitable for beginners and more experienced yogis alike.

Gentle Flow (online only)

A gentle, flowing hatha yoga class, focusing on building strength and awareness.

Suitable for all, including beginners.

Stretch, Relax and Restore (online only)

A gentle yoga class to relax you and restore your energy. Expect some aspects of both Yin and Hatha Yoga.

Suitable for all levels.

Flow Yoga (online only)

Flowing yoga, themed each week to be either dynamic or more gentle.

Options will always be given for beginners.

If you are unsure which class would be best for you, your instructor will be happy to help you.
